It really shouldn’t be this hard. What’s going to cost the state more in the long run? Continue to hire TiChina, etc and continue to have ridiculous turnover and/or lawsuit after lawsuit because you can’t attract quality applicants due to your shite salary?

Offer a quality starting salary and raise the standards for hire. Stop hiring middle-aged fat black women who crave the bbc. Offer a nice salary package and hire quality personnel.

About half of those arrested have public Facebooks. How the frick the background investigator looked at their pages and still offered them a job is beyond me.

I agree with you, but it's going to take a massive salary and benefits package to make someone go spend their life working at Angola. Corrections is the absolute worst place in law enforcement. At least if you're on patrol, you may get some glory.

The Baton Rouge school system will give you a diploma if you just show up, play around on your phone all day, and don't get arrested on school property. You can literally do nothing and pass.
