I saw a neighbor's teenager throw fast food trash onto my adjoining neighbor's front lawn as she drove to school one morning. She lives 3 houses away. I chased her down at the street light and yelled at her. I was definitely a grumpy old man.

Driving through Shreveport I have seen people blatantly throw trash out their windows and it really brings my piss to a boil

In Atlanta there is a manufactured "chicken wing mystery" thing that all the hipsters love to joke about. Multiple articles about the chicken wing mystery and its place in Atlanta lore. White urban types love cultural inventions like this.

Spoiler - it's trash eating shitty wings from grocery stores and gas stations and throwing them all over parking lots

Seem to be yet another negative aspect of “the cultcha.” They love throwing dey Popeyes waste out of dey car windows at random or simply dumping it on the ground in parking lots. Caring about cleanliness and order is rayciss.

I have done this about 10 times in my life. My wife worries one day I'll get shot giving someone their cigarette butt or burger wrapper back.

What’s even worse is that a lot of county or parish jails quit making the damn inmates clean it up. They should be doing that daily.

Do you know how hard it is to hit the trash can at 70 mph?

I see it all the time in N.O.

Some idiot will toss fast food packaging out their window at a light instead of taking it home and disposing of it in their trash can.

Pisses me off royally when they do that. It is the epitome of lazy and it's almost a sure bet the perpetrator is black.

Ban me if you want, but that's the truth.

Have you ever had to pick up baby diapers full of crap? That infuriates me.

Once I was towing four Federal judges in pirouge s to go sac a lait fishing.
I turned around to check my tow and one of them threw a snack wrapper into my canal. I stopped the boat, the last Fed was a good friend and saw what was about to happen and helped me get everybody turned around.

Once turned around I putted up to the litter and picked it up like it was diseased, not saying a word

By then all of the black robes knew why I turned around. I never heard three men tear into mans arse the way they did! They stayed on his arse the whole trip.

We smoked the slabs those three days

I abhor people who litter. Terrebonne and Lafourche are infested with them.

I wonder why all the hobos here have to have their tent cities looking like shitholes.

It would be impressive if they had the ability to keep a clean camp.

Yards and living areas reflect the quality of the person in many ways.

Grant Parish has dumpsters various places around the parish. It’s astounding how many people are too lazy to throw their garbage into the dumpsters.Instead they throw it in on the ground close to the dumpster. Then dogs tear into the bags and scatter the garbage all over. In addition! the highways and all the roads in the parish have some sort of litter about every 10 feet. The whole parish is a shithole.

The weird thing is that I'll occasionally find cigarette butts in my front yard where it meets the road and I'm on a quiet-ish residential street. I swear, there are people in Louisiana who's life work is just driving around depositing them everywhere.

They didn't end up in hobo camp by being motivated go-getters.

Littering is definitely a problem. I have witnessed, and I'm sure others have too more than once, people dumping whole mcdonalds bags out the window.

Another part though is a lot of the trash is from blowing out of truck beds on the highway.
