I like picking on Paige but this is the only thing that makes sense. Seriously, I work for the State where people claimed they can't get canned for shite. And I've seen people run off for less.

You're right. I apparently don't. Because everywhere I have worked the only place that allows two months off is for FMLA maternity, even then they don't pay you unless you take Paid Leave.
So, yes, I don't because I find this absolutely ludicrous.
We had a guy stop showing up and eventually shot himself. We quit paying him the day he stopped coming in.
