Go Breckenridge if you all want to survive and not get shot, mugged or carjacked.

I’ve made it out for the last 43 years. The odds are in your favor.
Of course I’m not in buying prostitutes, drugs from random black dudes or bourbon st, nor am I gang affiliated. Not sure what you and your rowdy crowd are into, but my bet is you’ll be okay.
I would still choose Breck, but New Orleans is played out to me. Do what your buddy wants.

What do yall want to do? If yall want to ski, Breck. If you want generally a warm winter location and excellent food and drink, music, New Orleans.

How many people go to NOLA each day and how many people do NOT make it out alive? Everyone on this board needs to stop being such pu&&ies and stop being scared to go to New Orleans. Bunch of sissys on here. I've been 3 times this week alone and I wasn't shot, robbed, man raped, or carjacked. I did have great meals and good times and took advantage of what the city has to offer.

I've been there every day this week since I live there. I have only been raped once, not carjacked at all

go ANYWHERE else.
Nola is pretty fricking legit for a bachelor party. Some of yall are retarded
If this was a career move question, sure frick nola. But getting drunk and going to strip clubs is kind of the last thing Nola is good at

Also don’t walk through the melph (I see tourists do this all the time -sometimes I even try to warm them)

Assuming snow will be on the ground when this trip occurs (you mentioned skiers), scrap those plans and go to Salt Lake City.
Absolutely, though if cost is no object. Park City aint cheap.

A big group of guys hitting the clubs for a weekend, no problem.

I mean do y’all want to drink and cut up at restaurants, casinos, etc, or do y’all want to ski? Completely different experiences and price points.
Put it up to a vote. If they won’t cooperate, pick Nola. Much easier to coordinate.
I’ve had to plan several of these and it sucks. Lots of “I’m cool with whatever”. The main thing I’ve learned is it is more fun the more people you can get there, so Nola I think makes more sense, generally speaking.

Being that it's the murder capital of the world, it's pretty good at that as well.

Friend,
Who does such things on a bachelor’s party? Such a party should be a joyous yet solemn preparation for the holy institution of marriage. The idea that bachelor’s parties should be sin-filled, flesh satisfying, satanic blowouts is a repulsive product of atheism’s intrusion into American life.
Use this party to grow closer to your friends and God. Prepare for the beautiful covenant in which you are embarking through stories, laughter, prayer, and art. Avoid the things of the flesh, like alcohol, pornography, strip clubs, 24 hour news, which stirs nothing but anger and hate, that destroy and corrupt and push you farther from the source of love. Participate in the habits that bring us closer to God and neighbor.
We could spend the morning doing a prayer walk in City Park followed by several hours in NOMA. Lunch at Parkway, Zimmer’s and Johnny’s. We could then tour the French Quarter and the Garden District with stops at several churches, and a snack at Guy’s.
Yours,
TulaneLSU

I agree with the Cabo suggestion. It’s a bachelor PARTY. Breckinridge is cool and all , but for a BP you want more access to a better party.

So the three choices are...
The Rocky Mountains
The Smokey Mountains
A complete shithole
Why would anyone choose the shithole?
