Yeah, because someone who drools from one side of his mouth walks at a minute per step would get away from the Grizzly.

The thing is, he just has to tump your chair over.

He ain’t gotta be the fastest...just faster than you

I think it’s also a young bear...I know elk are large, but that bear wasn’t big as grizzlies go.

I’m just surprised we didn’t hear any stupid tourons yelling for the bear to stop..

The grizzly drug the elk up on the bank and buried it and fed on the carcass for days. I follow a Facebook page called ‘Yellowstone Up Close & Personal’ where people post their photos & videos if anyone is interested. There are amazing photos posted everyday.

Last August I came across a grizzly on a trail next to the Yellowstone river in Hayden Valley, then when I left came across a big bull elk about 5 minutes later. Coulda been these 2.

Got about 20 yards from the grizzly but it was eating berries and didn’t give 2 shits about me.

Elk just nonchalantly crossing the river and never knew the grizzly was behind him.

Nonchalantly...

That elk was either already injured from a fight with another elk, or he was old as shite....

Nature taking its course...
