One of my good friends had to sit 4 months in jail. He said it's about 80% black 15% white and 5% Asian or Mexican..... all the Black are black and 75% of the whites think they black.... it was the worst 4 months of his life.

If he was locked up in Louisiana sounds bout right... only state the Aryan brotherhood isn't in the prison system ... or Latino gangs... Louisiana doesn't do good with organizations rather criminal, political, etc.
