Can you imagine starting to tap your 401(k) at like 62 and living another 44 years?

If you get the opportunity to read her book, it's a very good, quick, easy read.

The oldest person who ever lived (verified) was some woman in France who lived to be 122. At some point she took out a reverse mortgage on her home and some French bank had to pay her to live in her own house for like over 50 years or something crazy. They gambled that she would live a normal life span and they lost. Well, they didn't really lose because the story made the presses and the bank gained a lot of good PR and business for honoring the agreement.

She may not be kicking like she did when she was sixty, but any kicking at that age is great.

I am wondering how I am supposed to know who this person is.

4% rule!
Sister Jean would have had high interest rates, high inflation and underperforming market early 1980s, when turning 62, to contend with.
She does not look hungry so something worked out.

I'm sure Loyola of Chicago takes good care of their basketball chaplain!
