Starks. It's not that bad but power and internet is out. Waiting to see where the Sabine is going to Crest. Right now just some flash flooding over low lying roads.

Anybody know a route?

Some relatives own a business in Beaumont that ships worldwide. Yesterday was the first time in the 50+ years they've been operating that they were unable to get an order out.

I'm coming in from Louisiana and I10 and 12 are both closed at the state line. My only guess would be coming in from the north but I know roads in places like Jasper, Lumberton, and Silsbee are all closed. Guys I work with have been trapped at the facility since yesterday

Toledo and the Sabine River authority said they would put out the bare minimum to keep the lake at 172.8. It's crazy, the Sabine missed another record flood by about 20 miles. That rain shifts 20 miles east last night and this morning and the Sabine basin gets stone aged fricked.

ETA: they got sued last spring for dropping the lake level well below it needed to be. Not going to do that again.

Sabine pass is the drain end point for PA and Beaumont so I'd assume it's at a record high.
