you know you're in a nice crib when there's even no debris in your flood waters.
HoA is gonna have to do something about that basketball goal, though.

Wake is telling me to go south to hackberry. Cross to port Arthur and go North
Surely that is flooded?
No way in hell would I go to PA. I'm flooded in so it's a moot point for me now.

He got 3' in his house.
Wow.
I'm right down the street from there now and didn't realize it got that bad over here. Was his house backed up to Horsepen creek?

Thanks Fred. You too. A lot of work to be done when I can get back. Still praying the levees done fail behind us. They reinforced with 1500 sandbags yesterday.

Based on the drivetexas map, it appears you could come into Port Arthur on 82 but can't get passed Hwy 73. Let the board know if you hear something different.
We are headed in from BR in the morning and plan on going to Leesville and cutting across Hwy 8 to TX 63.

That's the route I'm planning on taking after lunch tomorrow. Can you post an update tomorrow if you remember?

This person blocked me when I pointed out she was using copyright images to profit off of a storm and take away from the actual design company selling these shirts for Hurricane relief. She has now taken down the copyright images and she is pimping some crappy designs off of Pinterest. Have fun, OT.

CSB: I met Paul Wall today.
This older lady who lives in a house at the end of my street walks her dog every day. I see her sometimes and say hi, pet the dog, make small talk, etc.
A few houses at the end of my street were flooded, one of them was hers.
A bunch of us on the street who didn't get flooded were helping the people in those houses today pull up carpet and clean out their house, and up pulls a pimped out Cadillac and here comes Paul Wall. I'm like WTF.
Apparently that lady is Paul Wall's mom.
I always wondered before today why this older couple at the end of the street would sometimes have this really pimped out candy red Cadillac in their driveway on "swangers". I was like who is visiting with that car? That's odd. Now it makes sense.
