I, like many on here, once made fun of this very situation. I spent much of my life with just a little chest hair, happy trail.
About 45 years old, start seeing some lower back crops popping up, and I wasn't a fan. Bought this for beach & pool season and it keeps the lower 40 weed free.

On topic, I made a small bracket that holds my belt sander. With some 60 grit paper, only takes a minute. However, I suspect I'm a bit tougher than you.

I can grow a full beard in a matter of days. Probably need to shave daily but at this point I just use electric razers anyway and leave the shadow. However I'm also pale and have dark blonde/light brown hair so any hairs I do have on my back are not easily seen. I shave my areolas and a few chest hairs that spring out but that's about it.
