Objectively, yes, it can be. Subjectively, based on modern U.S. standards where the average woman is in the 160s, etc., I guess you're right. I haven't given up on life though.
i wasnt going to tell him that he was a leader in the fat acceptance movement

Don’t workout at all anymore. That is for the 18-30 crowd with nothing else to do except try to validate themselves in this competitive world.
I am 50, already married the beautiful wife at 28. Have 4 kids ages 21-10 who are high achievers due in part to very engaged parenting, earn a good enough living to do the things my wife and I want to do and when we want to do it. Height of 6 feet and 196 lbs. Not ripped anymore, but not fat either. Don’t have time to chase my perfect body anymore. There are much more important things to enjoy with my family.
But for you young bucks, I understand the mentality. I was there in my 20s and 30s. It fades unless you are a loser in your 40s or 50s and it is all that you have to make you feel some sort of achievement.
I bet your wife is fat too

LOL, you're wayyyyyyy more likely to hurt yourself squatting on a smith machine than with a bar. You don't know what a macro is, but you understand the bio mechanics of lifting huh? Take your 135 bench and get on down the road and kick rocks
Damnit, here we go again Mingo. You are correct.

getting lectured at about maturity by a guy who chose the screen name Dirk Dawgler when he was 40. I love this board so much.

Every day is leg day. My son and I finish up every workout with stairs, stationary bike, or leg extensions/calf raises.

I was born with naturally built legs. It’s never something I had to work for, but I still hit legs once a week just to maintain

A man doesn't notice another man's legs.

I never skip leg day. I do legs sometimes 3 times a week. Mon-Thurs-sometimes Saturday. Want your arse to be banging for the ladies, do legs.

Going to a gym and having leg day and whatever the frick other days you have does not make one a man.

I inject tren into each leg before squats.
I did 1.2 grams of Tren a week for 12 weeks just to see what it would do. This was along with 1 gram of Test and 1.2 grams of Equipoise a week. My body was a mess. I was sweating 24/7 (even sitting in a chair) and when training my skin turned a purplish redish hue
I miss those days. Glad I got out of it because I am still alive several of my friends are dead. All before 40.

What kind of "man" doesn't have naturally sculpted legs. If you have to have legs days you're basically a woman.

Your mom never skips leg day.
My third leg.
My third leg.

I did a cc of Tren A and 1/2 cc Test P every day along with 40mg of dbol. My muscles felt like they were on fire after working out for 30 minutes and I was noticeably swollen. Within 6 weeks no matter where I injected blood would shoot out and I'd start coughing and throwing up.
Left the gym one night after working out with a friend who went home and died in bed.

I'm 43, and about 20 pounds more than I want to be. But I love my life. And I drink beer and eat steak.

My calves are skinny af. My upper legs are decently defined but goddamn my calves are fricking chicken leg looking.
