I did at 44. Spent three decades in foodservice, from restaurant management to food sales to catering. Now I’m an insurance catastrophe adjuster travelling the country for work, sometimes gone for months at a time. Hands down my favorite job I’ve ever had. Wish I’d started it twenty years ago.

Jones got his bachelors and masters in animal science and now he scrubs poop decks or something like that I think.

One of my buddies got his masters in bovine genetics and he sells electric motors. Another of my buddies got his masters in dairy science and he wholesales caskets to funeral homes. I guess you have a lot of career options with a masters.

No but I will have a career change in 5-6 years and I’ll be in my late 30’s, early 40’s.

O&G Geoscientist now. Planning to get out after 3-4 more years of this (early 30's) and own a couple of chick-fil-a's out west.

I’m in healthcare but I’m working on becoming a full time personal investor. Learning how to trade algorithmically is my biggest hurdle right now.

At 30 I went from teaching and coaching at a private school in Nola to going back to grad school. Now I’m an occupational therapist. I loved teaching and coaching, but now I’m working regular people hours and making about double the money that I was before.

Went from owning a concrete finishing company and building houses to plant operator at 37. Less money but when I'm off I'm off. Can't beat the benefits either.
