Anything from 5'8" to 6' is fine if you are not a pro-athlete.
Over 6' things start to suck for you fitting in and under 5'8" you might be a Hobbit.

I'm a touch above 6'2. So I'm good. I would not want to be any taller. shite is uncomfortable enough as it is now.

I’m legit 6’6”, not pretend OT 6’6”, and I’d gladly sell you some of my height if I could. Clothes are harder to find, many cars are too small, and I’m always bumping my head on shite. And it’s not like I’m tall enough to dominate basketball. My lower back always aches and women always expected my dick to be longer than it is.

I’m 6’0 even and some of the machines I use at the gym are only built for people 2-3 inches taller than me. Besides, good chance you’ll have back problems later in life

I find it interesting the back when the average dude was 5'7" or so they commonly built houses with 10' ceilings and 8 foot or more doors.

Once you realize that you won't be a professional athlete, and you can pull the same trim at 6'2", you wouldn't wish for it at all. Sure, it's better than being short, but frick, a lot of things become inconvenient. Sitting in vehicles. Sitting in planes. Finding clothes. Doing prep work in your kitchen.
