What's the lead time on importing oil, refining it and then getting it to the gas pump?

Fork, the nearest gas station to my office is a shitehole. The concrete next to each pump looks like someone did a multibarf and/or explosive diarrhea on it. I need to take some pics but I'm afraid my phone will catch aids from it. A brandon sticker would be an upgrade.

Imagine these laypeople reacting to someone putting a trashy sticker on their property
Also the company that provides the store its gas technically governs the pumps (unless its a raggedy a-rab store) so one of their people might’ve removed it

Gas prices went up ~38% the last 9 months of trump. They went up ~40% in Biden's first 9 months. In the last 18 months, both guys have been almost equally terrible.

I have yet seen someone on here explain how Biden has impacted the oil prices.
During the pandemic shut down the demand for gas dropped substantially. Now that things are finally getting back on track and people are going back to the office, more people are traveling, etc the higher prices is to make up for losses in 2020.
So the sticker makes little sense to me.
