I always keep an eye out to make sure bikers don't attempt to try one of those flying tail whip moves that could injure my kid sitting in the back seat.

Rednecks hate them some bike riders, but this guy who got out of the car is no doubt in the wrong here.
And it was a smart move to not try and fight the TPOS, chances are that if a few punches would have been thrown back, the model citizen would have gotten a gun out of the car and things would have ended very badly.

After reading the dramatic facebook post, I assumed the guy was severely injured and in the hospital.
Another entitled victim group that believes there are special criminal laws just for them. Change "bicyclists" to "people" and I'd be ok with it.
