shite i put that on the squat rack and do bicep curls. This is the OT. I am 6'5" 250 with 3% body fat

I did squats this am too, but I only have 300lbs in weights. I think my days of squatting 405 are long gone.

Yeah, thats a lot of weight if you're just a normal guy lifting for fun.

I'd like to squat again but my patellar tendons hurt under load. Gotta figure that out, unsure if any of you baws have.

Same here. Used to rep 405 in college. At 47 I don’t go heavier than 315 for sets of 10. No injuries and no reason to push it more these days.

It took me an entire year of no squatting to recover. I avoided all lower body movements that involved using the lower back. It sucked but it was worth it.
