Not unless he just likes blowing a woman’s head off. Stepping out of the way, which he had done kept him from being harmed, blowing her head off didn’t stop the car but actually accelerated it down the street into a pole and some vehicles. Luckily he didn’t cause any more harm to innocent bystanders.
The other woman hurt his feelings and he sure showed her. The one responsible for this death is the one with the gun who had no jurisdiction using it.

There’s a larger point here. Certainly some responsibility for this shooting belongs with that “movement” determined to undermine law enforcement in this country. The media calling the federal government “fascist “ the politicians saying ICE is “disappearing” people and the culture that says you can interfere with and confront police with impunity. Oh, and whoever paid this woman to leave her children and drive four hours to do what?
