We have a restored older home that’s over 100 years old. Dust has always been a problem in my house. Not to mention out to small dogs. We have two of them. We operate them while we are not home via WiFi. They definitely help keep dog hair and dust off floor.

I got a Eufy 11s back in March and it does great on both carpet and hardwood floors. No complaints at all and have a dog and cat in the house. Nothing fancy on this model, it just does the job and then docks to charge.

We got one Eufy one about 2 years ago.
I can't run it in the kitchen without it getting lodged under the cabinets, so it's worthless in there.
It takes about 20 minutes for it to run the living room wood floors, and you absolutely cannot have anything on the floor, and i think it does about as good of a job that i could do in 30 seconds with the battery powered Dyson we have.
For something that was supposed to be very low maintenance and time required, i find it's faster and easier for me to just vacuum by hand.

Love it, but doesn't handle thick rugs well at all so keep that in mind.

Works great for me. No carpet and a dog that sheds a lot. But learned from experience not to run it when I’m not home unless the dog is outside. Had to get a new Roomba after that

We got a ecovac a few years ago for a crazy black friday deal, around $80. Just had to replace the battery on it, but it's easily one of my favorite gadgets in the house. I like to walk barefoot in my house but also hate even the slightest bit of dirt on the bottom of my feet. I run it every morning, just really for the hard floor common spaces. Thing is still running like a champ. When it craps out I will definitely buy another.

How are they for pickup empty beer cans, cigarette butts and condom wrappers off the floor?

We've had one for a few years and I'll just say I'm not worried about the computers taking over anytime soon. I'm sure there have been advances in the last 3 years but the one we have seems to get stuck in the same spots.
