It's insane. I didn't fly in a plane until I was 17, I grew up upper Middle class. You just didn't have to travel and spend that money all of the time.

It's not at all. Do the math on a 50k car (Telluride) with 40k financed after $10k trade in. Think interest rates are around 7% for new cars right now on average with excellent credit.
That's ~$800 a month.

Here’s an example. Just fixed a house heater. Paid $180 for the control board and installed. How much would an HVAC guy have charged me for parts and labor?
Watched 5 or 6 YouTube videos on how gas fired heaters work. They all work the same.
