I worked in the neuro ICU in bham. You may want to look up a doctor Zenko Hrynkiw. He did amazing work with glios. It is all debulking as surgery is rarely curative but he has done surgeries others have refused. It may be worth a discussion at least.

Glad this thread got brought up - I was thinking about the OP the other day....and the family.
I have been very lucky that my family has been healthy. I no longer take that for granted. This thread and the outdoor board guy that passed away - those threads make me realize how important quality family time is....

My mom has cancer and I have been doing alot of research! I have heard great things about Dr Burzynski in Houston, Tx treating brain cancer! Good luck and you and your family are in my prayers!
