Phase 3 starts tomorrow but JBE has no fricking clue what we’re supposed to during phase 3! This dude is so incompetent it’s unreal.

You also realize the whitehouse task force guidelines changed, correct?
They also in fact bastardized their own phases and changed them and told us they recommend we close bars. So, like he said, he is and will follow whitehouse guidance.....

And no matter how much you want to downplay it, we are moving to Phase 3 which means less restrictive measures.

I still can't wrap my head around why he didn't have his details ready to go with today's announcement. We should have moved to the next phase (whatever that is) a month ago. Why is it such a hard thing for him to figure out now?

What Trump did/ is doing, is pounding the press saying he wants wide open states, but at the same time getting his task force to tell governors to close down further
It’s the best of both worlds for him. Makes people think he wants states open, but also keeps virus numbers lower while he doesn’t get the lockdown blame
