quote:250 people. However, phase 2 was originally 250 people and rolled back to 50 i think
What would phase 3 mean for weddings and event gatherings?

Having schools open is great until your kids seasonal allergies hit and you can’t send them to school because of “Covid symptoms.”

Backbone isn't the issue here.
This is a thirst for power that is driving this insanity. Who's gonna critique him? The retarded mask shamers? They make up like 4-6% of Louisiana.

I’m sticking with my prediction:
Phase 3 with restrictions
-Restaurants at 50-75% capacity
-Bars at 25% capacity, and I think they’ll be much more strict this time around meaning they’ll pop in for checks and those that aren’t complying will be shut down.
-Masks are staying
Phase 3 with restrictions

Considering its not even phase 2 currently, he probably will say a full phase 2 for two weeks and on the 24th ( barring a spike from labor day) he will move to phase 3. Does anyone really think he will just pass by a full phase 2 and skip to 3? He will cite insufficient data from labor day and he will think he's doing something by lifting the restrictions he imposed to drop back to phase 1.5.

I’m being told by a state officer in a high position, he is Republican, that the Senste has the votes to overturn the EO if JBE doesn’t move us to Phase 3
Those spineless motherfrickers went on the radio and said that last time. Yet here we are. Whatever bad things I wish on JBE, I wish on them twofold because they sat there and let that walleyed motherfricker do this to us. The whole reason we have the legislature is to limit the power of the executive and, when presented with a clear overreach, they just sat there and failed us.
When the government completely fails the people, you get unrest. Unrest leads to fear. Fear is the path to the Dark Side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.

Nothing positive can happen until the second week of November
Don't overthink any of this.

0% of this happening in New Orleans outside the masks.

On another note, I am most certainly seeing alot less masks.

Also, what's this about Dr. Bitch leaving?
This thread is the first I am hearing about it, but chances are he left because the active cases affect less than 0.2% of LA's population.
As others have said, he will make up some variation of Phase 2 and call it Phase 3. He will still have heavy restrictions on bars (that most parishes are not enforcing anyway), and will continue with his mask mandate.

Are you saying we go to a full phase 3, no restrictions?
Posted on 9/10/20 at 8:35 am to GEAUXTIGER23
Literally no one thinks this. Hence why everyone is saying Phase 3 with restrictions just like we’re in Phase 2 with restrictions.

Currently, we are in phase 2. We will go to phase 3. Simple as that
