He just said well in two weeks we will have the cases from Laura and schools starting up. So he is setting it up to put us back in phase 2 if cases go go up again. :/. At least people can go watch their kids play sports and band for football games can happen.

I want to hear what he is calling Phase 3. As I said previously and conceded, this could all be a complete semantics game considering we aren't actually in Phase 2. He can call it Phase 3, but if it isn't actually Phase 3, who cares?
