Man, the 90s are an underrated decade for the US. It’s that brief sweet spot of the Internet boom that was post Cold War and pre 9/11.

This thread just reminds me how much I miss buying new CDs and looking at the album cover and booklet while I listened to it. The CD case itself was like a toy

I always associate Dr Dre/Snoop as the ultimate early 90s music and No Limit for late 90s music. As a suburban white kid growing up in NOLA suburbs.
Funny how times change. Most new music I listen is country music for me or Kids Bop bullshite on Spotify which my kids listen to all the time
