There is nothing about the look on that booking photo which screams "high financial acuity". I predict one out of three of those words played a role and it was neither "financial" nor "acuity".

Can probably guess this 'thing' was on welfare or some sort of financial aid; if so, further indicates why birth control should be mandatory for those on support or with recognized mental health issues!
