It wasn;t necessarily by force. He was an addict who'd escaped rehab after all.

The private investigator who was hired by Courtney Love to 'find Curt' started a website detailing his case for a homicide. I think the website actually still exists.

Also, the last days of Il Duce's life seem very suspicious.

2 people upvoted this?

Nirvana was no where close to AIC in terms of actual music. They all followed The Pixies anyhow. Also, we all knew Courtney killed Kurt, this is not breaking news.

Courtney Love couldn't 'mastermind' a tray of brownies.

You should read her wiki bio. I had no knowledge of her pre-Cobain/Hole but she has a very interesting background. I wouldn’t put it past her.

I guess it was a homicide if you consider how awful it was being married to Courtney love.

I can't believe this post has as many upvotes as it does downvotes. Facelift was released a year before Nevermind. It's an absolutely amazing album.

Courtney Love evidently contacted Candace Owens awhile back after she, Courtney, read the book Chaos, which is about the CIA's role in Charles Manson becoming insane and told her that the CIA had a role in Cobain's death. Take that with a grain of salt, but... also, can you put anything past the CIA?

Well I still don't get the injecting him with a lethal dose of heroin and then shooting him. Why not just let him overdose? Then there is no questionable suicide, just a dead drug addict that took too much heroin

Some people survive heavy uses of drugs

What's the motive to injecting someone with heroin and shooting them in the head?

I mean if you’re going to go through the trouble of murdering someone, you might as well be sure.

His death is the only reason his music was more than Puddle of Mudds’s.

I’ve had people lose their minds when I’ve said this about others as well.

There are several people who this could be said about. One example I always use is Keith Whitley, he was a great country singer but people act like he was the greatest ever. It is only because they die young and tragically. They never got to the point in their career where their music or movies bombed so they are worshipped.

Jeff Buckley is another one.

In some regard, maybe.

But Cobain's songs were extremely Beatles influenced in composition.

Other bands may have influenced his aesthetic, but the Beatles were his primary influence for composition.
