I'm sure that wasn't much.

I don't golf, have just hosted more than a few tournaments out there. It is a common complaint among golfers there. I've lost several tents to wind out there.

No, I really don't know. If that is the case, just build the damn club house so I can use that to block the wind!

(1) Squire Creek

(2) CCLA
(3) UC
(4) TPC
(5) Money Hill

Honorable Mentions/Dark Horses: Atchafayala, Black Bear, Koasati Pines, LaTour ( although without the wind, its very easy ).

I'm kidding.

I love the wind out there. It makes the course what it is.
A day at La Tour without wind is like a day without blood, sweat, and tears my friend.

I've seen enough how challenging it can get. I think I just happen to walk out there and 20-30 mph winds become the norm that day.

Bayou desiard?

GTFO, no it is not...and I am a member there - course is no where near top 5. First 3 holes are legit then it is railroads, awkward 1951 short holes, foxes and hackers.

Calvert is better than several listed. Oakwing, Black Bear, and Squire are legit.

I'll have to find a way to play Squire one day...I havent really played any of the courses up north. I really think The Bluffs back in the day was almost as good as it gets... it used to be in amazing shape. I haven't played it in probably 12-13 years.

It is top 10 in the state easily in terms of turf and conditioning. Probably top 5. And since dude said personal rankings I have no plans of getting TFO. It's a pretty immaculate track. And the layout can be made much tougher by backing your arse up on the tee boxes of you're so inclined.
