No one in Louisiana is going to a public university for its academic prestige. It’s a retard fight and everyone knows that.
Tell me more….name the “prestigious” engineering school and I bet I have had at least one engineer from that school report to me….and I am an LSU grad

For decades the best and brightest have hauled arse out of Louisiana. The children of the best and brightest have no interest in coming back and going to LSU.

LSU still has a better Freshman Twerk team.

#2 reason not to send your Kids to LSU. Ruston has become a nice little college town, Baton Rouge is complete shathole.

When I see a couple of Altima drivers fighting on Tech Drive I will take up for LSU

So the kids LSU has to attract to stay open are the offspring of the not best and not brightest. So the academics slip a bit to match the capability of your student pool.
Wait I thought we were mad because they left LA after graduating from LSU

LOL @ Louisiana Monroe (352) over Loo-Wee-Zee-Anna (377).

Hence the recent street brawls.

Settle down, Mr PM. I’m not insulting you. I’m laughing at anyone who thinks a degree from any school in Louisiana is markedly better than any other school in the State. All of our universities are terrible.

No—that was precisely my point. Especially here.

LSU is in Baton Rouge.
Tech is not.
Tech is better.
Tech is not.
Tech is better.

Good for them. Fortunately, we aren’t playing science lab tomorrow.

Ruston will get a Buccee’s. Advantage, Tech.

It’s not necessarily about academics unless the student plans on going into high-level research…it’s about building relationships with corporate recruitment, etc….and LSU Engineering is far and away better than La Tech in that space

This retard is proud of his Tech degree.
