You should retake it if only so people don’t think you’re like the Danny Devito character from The Rainmaker.

You worked hard to get the opportunity to take it. Take it until you pass. i cannot imagine anything stopping me from at least trying.

Although it’s not exactly a great endorsement, anyone giving this dude shite about failing the bar or not being a certified lawyer should take a look at who is in the White House.

A whole lot of successful people with law degrees who don’t practice or failed the bar multiple times. If it’s a qualification that advances your life station, fricking do it. Do it as many times as it takes to meet your goal. If your employer will pay for it, then all the better.

If they’ll pay for it and you have the stomach to do it again, go for it! Can’t hurt! Just make sure they won’t fire you if you don’t pass!

If you passed LSU law school you should be able to pass the bar exam if you put any kind of effort in it. The bar exam questions are a lot easier than the LSU law school exam questions. The only thing is that you have to know three years of material at the same time.

We are talking the difference between having a job and having a profession...twenty years from now, you will be glad you have the latter...
