Im sure hes had enough seamen injected into him.
I was at the Hale Boggs building in New Orleans and I came out in the courtyard side he was just standing the looking completely confused . There was no one around so I passed him and I turned around about 20 seconds later and he was just looking at a light pole. It was truly odd he looked like he had dementia.

I have a great Scoot story. Dude used to love Dennis Rodman. One day on his show, he was all in, and called up, must have been 10 times using different names, Joe from Kenner, T-Boy from Arabi, etc. Each time I escalated how great I thought Rodman was. Finally after like the 10th time, he caught on and got really pissed off. I can't believe they didn't do better screening of calls.
