I didn't think they were making any progress on this because it looks like nothing much had been done from what I have seen. It will be nice to have GA airport in the LP at Satsuma instead of Louisiana Regional and BTR.

Waste of money…Hammond is close. Why do they need a general aviation airport here? Better yet…who owns the land?

Y’all thought a Bass Pro Shops and John Schneider’s drive-in theater and Dukes of Hazard Fest. in Livingston was a bad idea too. Now they are the biggest thing in Louisiana.

Legit don't care. People were building houses on the flightpath of Barksdae (with B-52s!!!!!) and then complaining about the noise. Sorry, idiots. It's been there for a long, long time.
Them landing a couple of PJs are a day are significantly less disturbing than have a four lane road behind your place. And significantly less bad than B-52s. I'd actually argue that B-52s suck less than having the late night Dodge crowd anywhere near you.
