No charges have been filed yet because under Louisiana law he hasn't committed a crime age of consent is 17 and statue CP laws is anyone under 17 ...FBI is looking at it to see if he violated federal CP statutes I'm assuming.

Agree. For those who don't know: he took his mother's maiden name as it was more beneficial for his political aspirations and the rest of the family got pissed to be associated with him.
