As to horses in the US, hard to not touch us somewhere. Family has won Traverse, just not immediate family. If your family has been in horses, especially in the last centuries. Especially in the South (including LA and AR).
One race I would like to have won on my personal bucket list.

What a shitshow of a field. Bracket buster refused to swap leads but was the only other horse who showed up to run.
