I am going to have Chinese today.
I am cooking diced chicken breast, brown rice, and veggies for my puppies. I added onion, garlic, season salt, and pepper. They like that better than bland.
I did add a little olive oil to shine those coats up.

While watching the game, DirecTv decided to erase CBS. Thanks for nothing you bastards. They redirect it to Ch 100 which shows an advertisement for their Sports Package. 
It usually reappears after about a half hour.
