He also ignored the gender reversal question. Not shocked though.

And if that drunk person tries to aggressively frick those guys and they don’t say no it’s their fault, right?
Is there video proof of this? Or just the words of alleged rapists?
You've had your "facts" be wrong several times in this thread and you just keep at it

Huh? When did I say that?

If she's on video and seems coherent
this is an opinion that will only come from someone that is pro raper.
we have a judge that has seen a video and called it very clear a crime had occured.
quote:
She was coherent enough to allegedly proposition Carver and then call him the F-word for not taking a turn. She had some conceptual understanding of her situation to engage in that proposition and the corresponding insults.
none of this proves anything about being coherent. minutes later she was hit by a car in the middle of a road.

So they should go free????

He's just apex-level emotional about this case.
He doesn't even realize that explaining the flaws in the prosecution's case in no way even gives a personal view/judgment of the incident. He automatically makes that irrational-illogical leap because his primary weapon to avoid discussing the issues is to try to shame people (like calling them pro-rape).
Us: you know, a jury may have a tough time with some of this evidence and it only takes one to avoid conviction
Chad: WHY DO YOU SUPPORT RAPE?

It's not "they should" go free. It's "they may" go free.

But you think they should go free…

not even sure what you're talking about but its not a defense of innocence in this case whatsoever. what if madison was 52 yrs old. what if madison was a dude and got gay raped. what if kaivon was a priest. what ifs are not a defense for you too conveniently sit on a fence and pretend like you aren't saying she was not raped all the while argue against the opinions of those that are declarant about the events and facts of the night.

Why do you keep trying to put words in people's mouths? Are you not capable of understanding the conversation?

Where is the video of this? I only have seen video of her calling him that, but not any that shows what led to her calling him that.

I never said what I think, PJ. You're doing exactly what I just explained Chad is doing.

The comment started with "if"
If there is a video...
There's allegedly one, but it hasn't been confirmed. Hence the "if"

I have even inserted “claimed from the defense” when referencing things that they shared and wasn’t on video or the police report. Please link examples.

That may be fair for your statement, but I've seen throughout this thread others saying it is a definite that she called him a fig for not jumping on the train. I had asked for a video of that a few pages back but it probably got consumed by all the back and forth between you, ell, and Chad.

Dont compare me to anyone dude. Your posts in every thread on this topic sure seem to be leaning that way…. You say you are some hotshot lawyer, but since you were not there you can only go by what everybody else can go on. You are not as smart as you think. Just sayin.

sfp likes to hide his contrarian agenda behind the curtain of the nuances of the law and trials while arguing with people giving definitive assertions of what SHOULD BE the case based upon all information provided.
i have no interest in debating trial tactics of how rapers can escape a warranted conviction.

You don't have all the evidence, just like I don't have all the evidence, and neither does dukke v or SFP or anyone else in this thread. That's why people can have an opinion on what they THINK happened, but also recognize that it's not how it will play out in the court of law.
