I’m guessing he was trying to OD her. If you added a couple grams of coke and she drank it fast it could cause heart failure

Sounds like it came from the 31 year old.
He then explained that his wife's daughter gave him the pill bottle with the powdery substance in September 2021 and instructed him to put it in her mother's drink, the court document continued.
Which, you gotta wonder.. What was her goal here? I assume she has done these drugs if she had no issue getting them at 31, so what exactly makes her think a little blow, MDMA, and a Xanax is going to kill someone?

Wife’s name is Lisa Bishop Ruf, 51 yo, they got married in June 2021 according to her Facebook and by January 2022 he was arrested.
So married six months and sleeping with her daughter and trying to kill her.

What if I told you that it is impossible to extract 100% of the active ingredient of coca leaves and even to his day, trace amounts are in the final product (i.e. Coca-Cola)?
Stepan Company, a Illinois based chemical company, imports (legally) coca leaves into the United States and refines pharmaceutical grade cocaine (legally) in a plant in Maywood, NJ. This cocaine is sold for various medical applications (mainly dental and sinus). The "cocaine-free" (like I said, not quite) extract is then sold to Coca-Cola for use in its signature product.
Stepan Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola.
