Absolute and utter bullshite.

I read a study by the Marine Corps where they did war games with a completely male battalion against a coed battalion and the coed battalion was absolutely slaughtered by the male battalion. Something like 30% of the females in their battalion were taken out of action for injuries not inflicted by the enemy. The females that didn’t get injured were mostly “killed” by the enemy and subsequently got many of the male counterparts killed by their ineptness in combat.

It’s going to be hilarious when we deploy and actually try and fight someone.

I've always been for allowing women into combat roles if they can pass the exact same physical requirements the men have to pass without having to lower them for any reason because, let's face it, the vast, VAST majority cannot. I say that while also recognizing that such a system would purposely move toward lessening itself so it could claim success by having more women pass (which is why I underlined the qualifier).

Integrating them into basic though? GTFO. At first it's going to be that training has to be slowed to allow the stronger women to keep up while leaving the weaker ones behind. As the stronger ones too end up falling out it's going to be that the physical requirements are lowered so women can complete it (thus making the male requirements far less substantial). Eventually what will happen is that a regimen that was once too tough for a lot of men will end up becoming a cake-walk for most men and thus weaken our physicality in the field.

All for the sake of appeasing morons who see biology as a social construct.

Spent a couple of years around the basic training area in the Army. The base had a female truck driving school that was about 3 miles away from the male basic training area. At least once a week we had to go over there to retrieve the males out of the women's area, pain in the arse. And to top it of you would have to get within 4 feet of the women to actually id them as women, from a distance they looked like men. Mixing women with men in basic is only asking for trouble. And it will probably run our best drill instructor Sergeants away.

Yeah, everybody says that, but it never works out that way. Standards organically become lowered because women bitch too much about it.

I did 9 years in the Air Force. While not the Marines, on our PT test, I could have literally WALKED the woman's run. Its retarded. They were allowed to be lard-asses.

In fact, I think the all branches should have the same BASIC standards. I do not see a reason to be fat in the military.

No, why waste resources on a 1 in 100 type of thing when you’ve got a much higher success rate with men?

You don’t get it.

The breakdown in unit cohesion is the even bigger problem.

Discipline collapses.

And a third of the unit is out for medical reasons at any one time.

The Navy/Marine Corps did this bullshite several years back and when the results came back as predicted, the head of the Navy said it was because the test was flawed.

And then forced them to integrate anyway.

I think that’s the exercise/war games I was referring to.

Until our daughters and mothers start coming home in body bags. I don't think anyone wants to see women blown apart on the nightly news.

This forced diversity bullshite is going to get people killed.

Yeah, that's the one.

The funniest part was that the females who participated were pissed off because they said they busted their asses and the top brass said they just were conducting the study properly

And these same people don’t think it’s fair to hold females to the same standards. Equality is supposed to work both ways.

If anything, the Marines Corps study was generous.

I won't mince words on this.

There is absolutely no "equality" around today that is about being equal. It's about receiving special rights and privileges.
