Yep.
My first two trips were on company paid trips for conferences. Cabo and then Acapulco(sp).
Pretty much everything I wanted was included and anything that wasn't got put on a fellow business owners credit card. Millionaire business owners were passing out cigars like they were miller lights all day and night. We were eating at great restaurants at the resorts and up on cliff top restaurants looking over the towns.
Golfing and snorkeling were awesome.
Also went back for a friends wedding in Playa Del Carmen. Had a blast with 20 or so friends.
The worst thing that ever happened to me on either trip was a traffic cop blew his whistle on me and told me I couldn't ride the bicycle on the street in downtown Playa.
I mean, I know they can't compare to Gulfshores and Destin, but I thought the trips were pretty good.

Anyone who travels anywhere in Mexico and who doesn't have kidnapping insurance is a moron. They won't kill you if you are insured they will beat the shite out of you but they won't kill you because you are a payday to them.
Cancun, Cabo, Isla Mujeres, etc are now getting encroached upon and the Mexican government continues to weaken in this destabilized failed state. Really sad.

Anybody that vacations anywhere in Mexico is trash. It is the only foreign destination with nice beaches that they can afford. Middle class to lower middle class demographic. For this demographic, you have Cabo, Cancun, Cozumel, Jamaica, and the DR. All are playgrounds of poor trash who want to say they have been somewhere other than PCB.

Bunch of narrow minded, ignorant rednecks on this thread who probably live/work closer to more homicide scenes in their violent southern cities than people in the Rivera Maya, Cabo, Puerto Vallarta etc. do.
