I’ve come to realize there are a lot of folks on this board have a hatred of WFH. Probably because Louisiana is filled with plant baws and blue collar workers that cant work from home so they’re jealous.
The simple truth is people waste time in the office too. It just looks different in the office versus at home.

Yeah, I don't understand the idea where this idea came from that everyone is going to be these super productive workers because they commuted to work and are sitting at their desks all day rather than at home.
There are so many more distractions for me at the office. Distracting chit chat outside my office door, coworkers coming by to talk about our weekends, football, etc.
Even walking to the office fridge to get a diet coke or water entails potentially running into various people that could trap in chit chat.
Whereas when I'm at home, I'm sitting in silence cranking stuff out.
