That is a common complaint in New Orleans.
Hookers get Johns to withdraw cash from ATMs for their services and then tells the John to report the ATM card stolen so their wife doesn't question the ATM charge.
Wasn't the case in the scenario I just told but I do understand that happens.

Does not rule suicide out in this case.

do people really take people to ATMs?
Most big stores have lots of cameras in the parking lot. Hopefully that'll provide some insight because that sounds kinda sketchy IMHO.
She went to meet her friends in the quarter and ended going the opposite way to Canal and Carrollton? Did they tell her to come there? Why on earth did she end up going the opposite way again to Elysian Fields? Did she even own a gun? Anybody can type a text on anyone else's phone, and anyone can shoot someone, lock the doors, and get out.
Cameras will tell the tale

Correct. I was just speculating based on the limited amount of information available. She seemed to have had many good things going on in her life so it makes little sense though.
That being said, they did not report on any bad things going on in her life.

Pretty sure law enforcement/probation officers have one of the highest suicide rate.
One of the posters on here who is or was a parole officer in Florida had one of his coworkers commit suicide just last year

Really tough. The family will hurt weather she was murdered or it was suicide.

Not sure I've actually pushed any over the edge, they have always dealt with me appropriately before so

Damn.. Was hoping this would have had a much different outcome.

Thank you... Seriously I don't know half the people that have made passes at me. But it's cool.... Seriously never wanted or intended to come off as disrespectful in this thread or any thread of this manner.
I obly ever hoped the best for this lady and her family. Sorry if I came across rash saying at 24 hours on a Saturday it's possible she could have been pulling a bender. I only wish that would have been the case.

Damn. That's a shame.
Does anyone know if the gun was registered to her or stolen?
Also, what's the deal with the shotgun? We're there two guns? Shotgun and pistol?

There was no shotgun, just a pistol.
