Crazy or not, i agree with him on giving him the death penalty. But the fact that he was released from “the nuthouse” and the fact that the cops failed to arrest him several weeks ago is some BS. There are some people who should not walk free in our society and yet they continue to be allowed free. Police departments need to focus on these individuals and not making arrests and giving tickets that maximize their revenue.

I don’t mean to be confrontational or contrary, but 40 years ago this guy exists only in a mental institution. I’m not excusing him in ANY way. But in the interest of prevention, damn, we gotta figure out a system where we send these crazies to a place they can’t harm the young, vulnerable.

I agree. When someone commits a heinous crime and there were multiple opportunities to keep them locked up, that’s a problem. Society went from having asylums where dangerously crazy people lived for years to just turning them all loose. There are almost no long term mental institutions where people who can’t function can live for years.

Never underestimate some junkies. I’m not sure about the trafficking. It would not surprise me if they could trade young girls for smack. The people selling heroin are not good people and have no morals.

Yup. The police are limited by laws with Wray they can do. Meanwhile we cut funding for mental health and the loonies have advocates who want them to be free.

The father sad he went to her house but didn’t try to enter. Her car was gone, so she was likely already dead. I believe the police went by also and her car wasn’t there. Police didn’t appear to have a reason to break in at that time and the father chose not to do so. He broke down the door Thursday morning. Hindsight is 20/20, but if Dad had gone in Thursday, maybe they’d have found him sooner. Big maybe and I wouldn’t want her father to feel any guilt.

I don't think you can say confirm, but you can get close to it.
Also, sexual battery in MS is a lot worse than sexual battery in LA, after a quick google search.

Honestly I’m not sure what the cops can do in that situation, she was an adult & I understand the cops can’t do a thorough check when it’s only been 24 hours
I can’t imagine what her Dad is feeling, I hope he is able to somehow find peace

Ex is in jail and you bring another criminal around your lil girls ? The lil girls never had a chance.
