There is a go fund me. Go to the Old Farmers Day Facebook page for information. The Brunett family host Old Farmers Day in Loranger every year and this is their page.

She lived about a mile from the mom and little girls.

Someone earlier in this thread said Go Fund Me signaled trashy like multiple Facebook pages. While many GFM’s are bogus, I believe these folks have been hit with tragedies they can’t financially afford.
Mother was in a trailer that didn’t look very nice. Ex/father is in jail.
They are dealing with unimaginable grief of their own in addition to needing to support the surviving child emotionally and financially and provide a decent funeral for two loved ones.

I wonder if that closes the door on the "Trafficking ring" theory
Your weird insistence in debunking “trafficking” every time it’s brought up is a little off putting. Your lame arse probably needs to be on watch list at the very least.

After watching the multiple videos about the dude posted in this thread I think the dude is legit crazy. Not that we didn't know this already, but it's scary that there are people like that walking around freely.

She’s probably still fricked up from whatever’s she’s on
I’d post the pic for you but nobody needs to see that nasty skank before they go to sleep

Kiran's excellent summary
And also from Kiran more about the Calllhan family, the arrested one's record (stole from his Mother and she didn't press charges, is the least, so far) and his Father's spree including the young woman who died and his manslaughter conviction for her death. LINK

Tangipahoa Sheriff says delayed Amber Alert is evidence of a ‘broken’ system

Every field was filled out except for a suspect description and any landmarks where the kids were last seen.

Call logs and emails showed multiple members of the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office tried to repeatedly follow up with state officials in charge of distributing AMBER Alerts.
quote:
UWK spoke to Stacy Pearson, former LSP AMBER Alert coordinator, who says it’s important for state police to follow their process before releasing an AMBER Alert and the delay is standard.
“I looked at 154 AMBER Alerts issued in the state. Of the ones that the reporting times were known, in over 60% of those cases, the time between the children being reported missing and the activation (AMBER Alert) was greater than three hours,” she said.
“I can say that an AMBER Alert should never be issued until all the relevant information has been received and confirmed and law enforcement has determined that issuing an AMBER Alert is in the best interest of this abducted child.”

They couldn’t have posted a pre alert on their Facebook just to get the ball rolling locally?

According to Sheriff Edwards, there are no further suspects being considered locally at this time.

You mean the sheriff where none of the evidence that points to possible human trafficking, besides 2 people being arrested for taking 2 girls, isn't going to investigate someone else locally for human trafficking?
Yeah sounds like an open and shut case.

What time was the sighting in the McComb McDonalds?
The hesitation on waiting for a description of the kidnapper doesn't even fit their criteria two of the three were met.
Should a picture of the bloody dead mother have gotten the SP attention?
Mississippi seems to have been on the ball. But a few more hours earlier could have made a major difference.

She'll get life in exchange for flipping on her accomplice.
Why would the D.A. agree to that? They don't need her to convict him. They'll both get the death penalty. Unless the grandparents/parents want to spare their family the trauma of a trial. Even then, I'm not sure the D.A. would't still go for it.
This turned out so much fricking worse than I expected it to. Just frick everybody and everything. Happy Fathers' Day Weekend. frick.

“The vehicle hit on [license plate reader] yesterday afternoon at 1800 hrs in Byram, MS can this alert be sent to [Mississippi] as well,” she wrote.
The email included attachments with photos of the children. The picture of the suspected vehicle came from the license plate reader, per Edwards.
I’m assuming “yesterday” meant Wednesday

f that crime scene is what has been claimed, I predict the FBI will take the case over to federal court and try for a capital case in Mississippi.
Child trafficking has a VERY broad definition and this case falls in it

I'm not convinced it will go to trial in either jurisdiction. They may both be allowed to plea and get life without parole for multiple reasons, a big one being what the family wants. Keep in mind, the 6 year old's testimony may be needed and that may be way too much for the child to bear even if allowed to testify via video.
I don't think his competency will be an issue. He may be crazy, but he knew right from wrong and he is capable of understanding the procedures. This wasn't some short crime. He had those girls for a long time. He fled.
