Sorry about that its a shitty feeling. We got robbed one time and they cooked breakfast in our house and sat down at kitchen table and ate. Left the dirty dishes on table and stole alcohol.

It could be argued that these are forms of theft as well. Stealing someone's dignity, life, childhood innocence, or sense of security respectively.
But I agree, they are far worse than someone stealing your iPad.

What complex are you in? We had a bunch of car break-ins and one apartment break-in in my complex around this time last year.
