Well he's in Baton Rouge which is Bandidos country. And while it's true some clubs are known for making money off stolen bikes, I don't think that's their MO. Plus, those clubs who do practice this tend to stick with stealing Harleys.

I'll give you 2 areas to ride to see if you spot it:

1. Bishop Woods
2. The trailer park on Hwy 74 just on the other side of the overpass (Dutchtown side)
