I live in a duplex. the walls are paper thin. The dog barks only when she isnt home. I can't reason with the neighbor because shes a mega bitch and has already gotten into a huge spat with my roommate. I would give her an ultimatum but i dont want her to figure out that I was one that did it. These kind of things happen all of the time.

Neighbors that let their dogs bark constantly are inconsiderate assholes. There is also no escaping them unless you move out into the desert or something... and then maybe. They is always a neighbor with a barking dog.

Dogs only bark when Beta's are around...even sleeping in the house next door!
