Show your son some of the Three Stooges episodes. At first, the black & white will be a deal killer, but give it 5 minutes and he'll love it.
My 2 boys loved the shows - but then went to school and none of their friends knew about it - so it wasn't cool.

GI Joe, He-man and Thundercats are the GOAT. I understand parents wanting to introduce their kids to the things they grew up on, but my sister-in-law tries to shove the shite she grew up on down my nephews throat.
Like, it almost offends her when he watches current cartoons are whatever. I just want to tell her "let him have his own childhood". Let the kids have their own generational memories.

Cartoons these days are as good or better than what I had growing up in the 1980s. Sure, TMNT and Captain N were wonderful, but we had some crap too.

I will not be that parent that will shove it down his throat and make him listen to the music I grew up with. I was just showing him other cartoons options that they are not showing now when he complains all the cartoons they are showing at a certain hour at the same time are not good. He can watch whatever cartoon he wants. With kodi he can watch whatever cartoon he wants when he has his free time.
