I'm not saying that at all. Any gun used on a film set is considered a prop. Moreover, nobody is disputing that it wasn't a real gun.
The point of my post was that if he had been careful in similar situations and acted carelessly here, it compounds his negligent actions and negatively affects his defense.

Baldwin is trying to do the movie on the cheap disregarding safety measures like having a real gun person instead of a bimbo from social media. Things happen when you cheap out on everything.

As an on set person it’s probably not in his own best interest to say “oh yea they were super reckless in front of me the whole time and I didn’t say anything” too. So it might not be a protect Alec sentiment as much as push liability off set and into that teams hands

me either. never been much of an MLB guy. Hard to have a team being from Louisiana. But as a kid i watched the Braves. And being a Houston native now I pull for the Stro’s.
We’ve been setting up a projector and huge screen in the neighborhood cul de sac for the playoffs games and that’s been a ton of fun.
