Nicotine may not cause cancer but it does constrict blood vessels. And if you have high blood pressure that can trigger a stroke.

It always surprises me at the number of people who are surprised by this claim.
The carcinogens in cigarettes was never the nicotine, thats just what they said makes you dependent. It was the 5000 chemicals created through burning of the cigarette which were then inhaled.

It does cause temporary vascular constriction but if you don’t have any other comorbidities you should be fine

Thought this was always kind of known that nicotine itself isn't necessary terrible for you, but the stuff that comes along with it are.
Kind of like how drinking and driving doesn't kill, it's just the crashing into shite that does.

I don’t doubt it can be, just hasn’t effected me in that manner.
