Nah. Here's another way to fix it, although much slower. And zero chance it would ever come to be. You're on welfare for over a year and have more than 1 kid? Youre a felon?

Sterilization.

There are absolutely people who don't deserve to reproduce. And inconsequentially, the people who shouldn't be allowed to reproduce, do so at a much higher rate than successful people.

Cull the herd.

shite, I'd be for the govt signing a 10k check to anyone on welfare to get sterilized.

My view is that we are all part of one community. A strong NBR would boost the economy. An increase in tax revenue is good for everyone.

If you're not willing to do anything yourself, your opinion is worthless.

Haha well seing as my family employs several members of the black community (roughly 50 of them actually) from North baton rouge and our company is located in old south baton rouge in the middle of the hood. I'd say my family HAS done our part.

Trump is going to fix all that. He promised. All is lovely.

BTW, it's the people, white and black, that need to start acting like human beings to each other. Not constantly blaming the other.

Leave the south and you see what can be accomplished. Think about all the money given to you since Katrina. And it's still a mess? You don't need money. You need leaders who don't divide you.

Finally, this is why I am deeply worried about LSU. It's sinking in the quicksand that is the state.

Change in the community is happening already through the churches. Swb will speed that process up IMO.

What are you getting at? What relevance do the names of my former neighbors have to do with this?

So you want someone else to do the fixing for you. Looks like you have a lot more in common with "them" than you thought.

Well which is it? First you're saying "Why do I have to fix it?" and now all of a sudden you're doing your part.

I think North Baton Rouge should split and become it's own city. Let them keep their tax money and use it to fix their schools and self represent.

I have always felt Ne orleans should split Algiers and the East into their own cities so they can pass laws to help themselves without just getting scraps from the rest of the city. Same goes for NBR.

I think it's the only real way for long term future stability.

My family has done our part. Why should I do more? The fact is it isn't a problem that can be fixed without massive social and cultural change on the part of North baton rouge, or it will take selective breeding through sterilization of undesirable people. The felons. The high school dropout with 7 kids. The lifelong welfare recipients.

Either way it won't happen because of cries of imaginary "racism"

No you didn't. But your response suggests you're not willing to have your beliefs challenged. Rather than answer the question, you gave a response that terminated a conversation.

Because you're bitching, and it's nobody else's job to make you happy. If you do more, you'll be happier.

Lotta ideas about what other people should do, not a whole lot of ideas about what we ourselves should do.
