Is this a recent development? I caught a hot rate on golf now there about a month ago for $15. It's worth that. I won't pay $40. That's a joke.
I played Carter last weekend and it was in great shape.

Good round yesterday.
That place is prime for the torching. Fairways were eviscerated the whole day. Even tibbothy woods got some. #10 really is pretty
The whole back nine is. That little nerd shooting 108 from the tips in the group in front of us needs to buy his own driver and quit borrowing his dad's. Maybe one that doesn't produce a 75 yd cut/fade/slice into the water, houses, or the woods.
We'll go back when we feel like it. La Tour next weekend.

If you hit it over there play Perdido Bay Golf Club. They used to have a PGA Tour Tournament there in the 70's and 80's. Cool course.

Grand Bear was in good shape other than greens. Looks like they are still struggling from aeration a few weeks ago.
